Auto-annotation as a service

aiMotive's industry leading Auto Annotator can be utilized by our Clients without the hassle of hosting and maintaining the software components on their infrastructure. If you choose this option, we will provide you the annotated labels for your data as a service.

Sensor calibration

Good data is the foundation of AD/ADAS development. Our teams have extensive experience in helping clients resolve their calibration issues and advising on suitable methods for error-free data collection drives. Professional Services can take care of the whole calibration process for any sensor modalities including LiDAR, radar, camera, and GNSS/INS for you, or provide custom tools and solutions to fill the gaps.

Virtual asset and map creation

Our experienced 3D artists can create any desired assets, dynamic actors, vehicle models and locations in aiSim. Whether it is for extending the ODD of your AD/ADAS solution, or simulating edge cases, we can virtualize any imagined scene, replicating real world locations, or modeling artificial scenarios. Your imagination is the only limit!

Measure ADAS/AD performance

Our off-the-shelf data collection rig mounts easily on any vehicle. Equipped with a Lidar and GNSS-INS sensor, it provides a lightweight solution for gathering data to create maps or benchmark L2/L2+ systems. The aiMetrics KPI framework can be tailored to calculate any metric on top of the collected data, ensuring flexibility and precision for diverse validation needs.

HD map creation

Professional Services can create HD maps from customer's recordings, or even collect the data from the desired location. The HD map is manually created utilizing semi-automated tools, checked and topology checked.​ ​The output is a high-precision (5-10cm) HD map file in GeoPackage format, that can be used as ground truth. It has a wide range of features: roadside, lane marking, road surface sign, lane centerline, crosswalk, all markings and polygons, and many more...

Synthetic data as a service

Synthetic data is an excellent solution to fill the gaps in your training data for rare and edge cases. Through Professional Services you can take advantage of our experienced Scenario Engineers and Sensor Experts to effortlessly expand your datasets and improve the performance of your perception solution.

Neural reconstruction as a service

Neural rendering is key to creating realistic environments for simulation testing and bridging the real-to-sim gap. Professional Services can generate 3D environments from client data or create recordings on-demand from selected locations. The result is a fully integrated aiSim map, ready for immediate use and easily extendable with virtual actors, assets, scenarios, or sensors beyond the original setup.

Sensor setup design and vehicle build

We can assist with the design of ground truth data collection setups for any type of passenger or commercial vehicles, including sensor selection, 3D printable mount design and even installing the final setup on the target vehicle. The selected design is also validated in scenario testing in aiSim to ensure a good coverage in all usecases. Additionally, our service can be extended to the recording infrastructure along with dedicated recorder tools.

ADAS/AD feature calibration

To tailor ADAS/AD features to a specific vehicle brand feel, extensive parametrization and tuning is required. This is the most effective, if the calibration engineers have broad experience both with the feature, the vehicles and the underlying SW. This unique experience of AIM Vehicle Calibration Engineers is available through Professional Services for the aiDrive stack, allowing for the best user experience and fastest time-to-market.

Regulatory Testing

Meeting homologation and regulatory targets is increasingly complex. With NCAP2026, validation goes beyond closed-track tests — ADAS robustness must be proven in simulation and real-world conditions. Professional Services combines expertise in Vehicle Testing, Simulation, and Scenario Evaluation to deliver comprehensive reports that meet NCAP, homologation, and regulatory requirements efficiently.

Custom HW design for HiL simulation

aiMotive Professional Services offers comprehensive Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) solutions, providing full sensor emulation based on high-fidelity aiSim data through physical interfaces with low latency. We support camera, radar, LiDAR, IMU, and GNSS emulation, as well as a wide range of automotive ECUs and communication protocols. 

Quantization aware training

aiMotive Professional Services can support aiWare customers to efficiently deploy their high-accuray NNs on the platform. aiMotive’s Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) delivers near-FP32 accuracy by training models to match aiWare’s exact INT8 behavior, not generic quantization. This ensures optimized performance, faster deployment without manual tuning, and efficient power and memory use for edge and automotive applications.
