We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our innovative IT team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to actively contribute to and shape our company's infrastructure by researching, testing, and implementing innovative solutions. You will work closely with state-of-the-art technology, including GPU servers, advanced storage systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud integrations. 

Job Summary 

• Maintain, manage, and optimize physical servers and storage devices in our on-premises server rooms and colocation. 
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, Wi-Fi devices, cabling, and server rack management. 
• Contribute to IT security initiatives to ensure a secure infrastructure environment. 
• Implement, manage, and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). 
• Configure and manage Linux and Windows servers to support various workloads. 
• Research, design, and implement storage and backup solutions. 
• Maintain Cloud services. (MS365, Azure, AWS) 

Key Requirements 

• Experience managing physical servers, storage, and networking equipment. 
• Familiarity with network configurations. 
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization. 
• Experience configuring and managing Linux and Windows server environments. 
• Knowledge of storage solutions and backup technologies (Veeam and DPM).
• Experience with open-source virtualization solutions is highly valued. 
• Proficiency in Bash scripting is required. 
• Documentation writing skills. 
• Proactive and innovative mindset. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities. 
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies. 

Considered as a plus 

• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform). 
• Open-source virtualization (e.g., Proxmox, KVM). 
• Containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).
