Job Summary 

• Support our Helpdesk Team 
• Install Windows, OS X and Linux operating systems 
• Assemble desktop PCs 
• Provide basic support for audio/visual equipment 
• Support colleagues with the use of mobile phones, printers, TVs 
• Manage meeting room equipment 
• Keep the IT office organized 
• Administrative tasks, provide issue and asset tracking services 

Key qualifications: 

• Ongoing (active/passive) full-time university studies for at least one more year on engineering or IT field 
• Availability of at least 20 working hours per week 
• Knowledge of Windows 10-11 
• Hardware knowledge 
• You have confident digital skills regarding new IT technologies 
• Intermediate-level English knowledge  

Considered as a plus: 

• Knowledge of Active Directory 
• Knowledge of Linux
