Support Engineer Intern
Developing automated driving requires a complete, mature toolchain to collect, generate, use and manage the data needed for a safe and robust solution. aiData is the most advanced, data-driven pipeline for automated driving that reduces the complexity of the processing with high automatization while still ensuring automotive quality.
Job Summary
- Provide support to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Collaborate with various development teams to deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems, including log analysis, bug identification, and writing SQL queries
- Document customer requests and corresponding solutions in a clear and structured manner
Key Qualifications
- Ongoing (active/passive) full-time university studies for at least one more year (Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field)
- Availability of at least 20–25 working hours per week
- Knowledge of SQL
- Capability to code in Python
- Familiarity with the Linux command line
- Strong communication skills in English
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and systematically
- Proactive and innovative mindset
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies
Considered as a plus
- Past experience in a similar role
- Previous job experience using python, command line tools and/or SQL
