Job Summary 

• Draft software license agreements, negotiate complex licensing deals with customers, and resolving connected IP related tasks
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts of varying complexity and related documents (e.g. NDAs) with suppliers, service providers and partners
• Deal with the regulatory authorities of autonomous driving (in Hungary and abroad)
• Manage corporate, regulatory and contractual compliance (GDPR, NIS2, AI Act, etc.), with special focus on data collection needed for autonomous driving
• Write and review general and industry specific service agreements
• Basic corporate law matters
• Comprehensive research of certain relevant rules in various jurisdictions
• Keep contact and consult with external law firms (in Hungary and abroad)
• Be a cooperative member of the Legal team

Key Requirements 

• 3+ years of professional experience after Bar Exam 
• Extensive experience and/or an LLM in IP law (in particular software law) 
• Experience gained in corporate environment or in a top tier international law firm
• providing services to multinational companies
• Advanced level, professional English skills
• Proficiency in international affairs and negotiations
• User-level knowledge of MS Office apps
• Dynamic attitude, excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills, proactive approach
• Ability to work independently
• Experience gained in software law

Considered as a plus 

• Export control experience, or special interest in this field
• Automotive experience
