As a Project Manager Intern, you will provide direct support to aiSim/aiData project managers and collaborate closely with both the developers and the product management teams.
aiData is a streamlined, automated data pipeline designed to optimize the development of automated driving technology. By automating key stages in the data workflow – from data collection and preparation to curation, annotation, and evaluation – aiData ensures a smooth transition of data between data scientists and developers.
aiMotive began developing its innovative aiSim in the nascent days of simulation in automated driving. Building this expertise has allowed us to create the first ISO26262 certified tool available to the broader automotive industry.

Job Summary 

• Cooperate closely with aiSim/aiData developers and project managers  
• Record and track meeting minutes in Confluence 
• Create and track tickets in Jira 
• Keep contact with internal and external stakeholders 
• Monitor the deadlines and the progress of the projects under your responsibility 
• Gain in-depth understanding of modern project management and agile software development processes
• Chance of managing internal projects and a future possibility to get a deep insight into the processes of external projects 

Key Qualifications 

• Ongoing (active/passive) full-time university studies for at least one more year  
• At least 20-25 working hours/week in our Budapest office  
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Reliable, quality-focused attitude 
• Social competency, flexibility and ability to work in a team 
• Intermediate level English knowledge 

Considered as a plus 

• Experience with Jira and Confluence 
• Basic software development knowledge
