Procurement Administrator

Job Summary

  • Ensure the supply chain needs of the company
  • Cooperate with other departments regarding procurement needs
  • Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, evaluate and keep contact with them
  • Work with domestic and foreign suppliers
  • Sourcing products and software, requesting and comparing quotations
  • Place orders via e-mail, websites
  • Generate and track purchase orders, monitor the order reports and delivery dates, provide support, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Managing various administrative tasks during the procurement process, recording necessary information into the Jira tickets, record orders into the SAP system, filling out excel tables and reports
  • Support supplier evaluation
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards
  • Check / request inbound invoices
  • Handle and process incoming goods
  • Handle complaints regarding incoming goods
  • Participate in the administration of warranty and non-warranty repairs

Key Qualifications

  • Intermediate level English knowledge
  • Highly organized and precise way of working
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • User-level computer skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills 

Considered as a plus

  • Experience in procurement
  • Relevant experience in corporate governance systems
