Our Legal and IP team is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern (20-24h/week) to our headquarters in Budapest. 

Job Summary

• Contribute to our Legal and IP department’s daily operations
•  Provide legal support with export control-related tasks, including the review and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist in the review, coordination, and execution of various contracts, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supplier and service agreements, and other commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legal requirements
• Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks including managing contract files and templates; scanning, uploading and organizing copies of legal documents, etc.
• Assist with reviewing and signing contracts (NDAs, supplier contracts, etc.)
• Prepare reports/ studies on various topics, like compliance-related guidelines and regulations
• Help with the Trademark and Patent portfolio management
• Close cooperation with other teams such as Procurement, Finance, IP

Key Qualifications

• Ongoing legal university studies for at least one more year
• Availability of at least 20-24 working hours/week
• Fluent English knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented attitude
• Flexibility, effective and efficient teamwork
• Ability to communicate effectively across various teams and departments
• Considered as a plus: IP, export control or self-driving related research/specialization at university
