HD Map Annotator Intern
Job Summary
- Processing centimeter-accurate point clouds using 3D mapping (CAD, GIS) software - comprehensive training is provided on-site
- Creating high-precision, high-resolution maps (HD maps)
Key qualification
- Ongoing university studies in geosciences or geography for at least one more year
- Availability of at least 20–25 working hours per week
- Accurate, precise, and thorough work
- Independence, proactivity, and creative problem-solving skills
- Openness to learning and taking on new tasks
- Ability to handle monotonous work
- Completion of a monotony tolerance test task
- Intermediate English skills
- Minimum commitment of 1 year
Considered as a plus
- Studies in cartography/geography
- Knowledge of CAD/GIS software (e.g., MicroStation, QGIS)
- Familiarity with software for handling point clouds (e.g., CloudCompare)
- Experience in processing point clouds
- Work experience related to road mapping
