Fleet Manager
Job Summary
Vehicle Fleet Management:
- Coordinate weekly vehicle cleanups to maintain cleanliness and presentation standard
- Manage annual vehicle maintenance schedules for both test and pool cars
- Oversee the biannual tire change management process
- Handle occasional vehicle maintenance needs such as windshield repairs, bodywork, and puncture repairs, tyre pressure
- Facilitate the test vehicle certificate process and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare vehicles for specific tests, including Advanced Emergency Braking (AEB), data collection trips, and winter tests
- Manage roadside assistance for broken vehicles, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations
- Administer vehicle-related tasks such as highway tickets and service using internal tools
- Keep contact with external contractors (dealership, tyre technician, repair shop, vehicle examination)
- Coordinate the pickup of manufactured parts from suppliers to maintain inventory levels
- Prepare vehicles for NKH examinations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide support as a data collection driver/operator during vehicle testing operations in development vehicles
Operational Documentation:
- Create and maintain operational manuals for test cars, providing clear guidelines for operational procedures
- Facilitate the new vehicle introduction process, ensuring seamless integration into the fleet
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or related fields is preferred
- Hold a valid B category driver's license that is at least 3 years old
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using internal tools and software for administrative tasks
- Intermediate English skills
Considered as a plus
- Automotive grade driver training/license (Daimler, BMW, Bosch, Continental)
- Disassemble vehicles for maintenance purposes
