We are looking for a Software Project Manager to manage the execution of our aiDrive/aiSim projects.

aiDrive is an automated driving platform with revolutionary virtual sensor technology that brings unparalleled data reusability for all levels of autonomy and different sensor setups. Using the latest available camera and radar sensors as well as navigational map support, aiMotive can create state-of-the-art Highway Assist solutions with Automatic Lane Change and Highway Interchange Management. aiDrive can also enable vehicles to move through and park in structured parking environments without the driver being in or near the car with its proprietary Automated Valet Parking Application.

aiMotive began developing its innovative aiSim in the nascent days of simulation in automated driving. Building this expertise has allowed us to create the first ISO26262 certified tool available to the broader automotive industry. TCL 3 enables aiSim to be an integral part of a development and verification toolchain up to ASIL D, ensuring deterministic, realistic, and repeatable testing.

Job Summary

• Managing internal and client projects of aiDrive/aiSim 
• Software project management from initiation to closure:
  • Project Charter and Initiation 
  • Definition and planning of the project (scope & budget, WBS, Gantt chart, communication plan, risk management)
  • Project execution (status reporting, tracking in Jira, defining KPI's, quality contorl)
  • Project Performance and Control (objectives, deliverables, effort, and cost tracking)
  • Project Closure (Lesson learned, reporting) 
• Managing requirements, expectations, and issues between the consumer and the company
• Preparation of documentation in Confluence and communication of results, presentation
• In-depth understanding of development processes

Key Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a project management role
• High level of independence and pro-activity
• Knowledge of Project Management Tools
• Fluent, confident English skills
• Social competency, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, quality-focused attitude
• Down-to-earth approach
• Software development-related technical background

Considered as a plus

• Experience with international customer projects
• Software development experience
• Project management certification (PMP)
