Procurement Administrator
Job Summary
- Ensure the supply chain needs of the company
- Cooperate with other departments regarding procurement needs
- Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, evaluate and keep contact with them
- Work with domestic and foreign suppliers
- Source products and software, request and compare quotations
- Place orders via e-mail, websites
- Generate and track purchase orders, monitor the order reports and delivery dates, provide support, and resolve issues as they arise
- Manage various administrative tasks during the procurement process, record necessary information into the Jira tickets, record orders into the SAP system, and update excel tables and reports
- Support supplier evaluation
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards
- Review and request inbound invoices
- Handle and process incoming goods, shipments, and package dispatches
- Handle complaints regarding incoming goods
- Participate in the administration of warranty and non-warranty repairs
- Annual inventory
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Procurement
- Relevant experience in corporate governance systems
- Intermediate level English knowledge
- Highly organized and precise way of working
- Ability to prioritize work
- User-level computer skills
- Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Considered as a plus
- Customs experience is an advantage
