We are seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to join our innovative IT team. This role primarily focuses on hands-on system administration, with the opportunity to get involved in IT security tasks as well. While prior experience in IT security is not required, an interest in the field is important, as you will contribute to maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while preparing the organization for successful security audits and regulatory compliance.

Job Summary  

• Administer and manage Linux and Windows server environments.  
• Manage Active Directory (Domain, LDAP), including access rights and policies.  
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment including switches and Wi-Fi infrastructure.  
• Support internal teams with IT-related issues and technical support. 
• Actively contribute to information security operations (ISMS, ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2), including incident response, audits, access reviews, and security documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (ISC, DPO, ISO) and support security awareness through training and communication.

Key Requirements  

• Solid experience in Linux and Windows server administration.  
• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory and LDAP.  
• Experience in network administration, especially with switches, firewalls (FortiGate) and Wi-Fi configurations.  
• Proficiency in English is required.  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  
• Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking.  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.  
• Passion for cybersecurity and IT security principles.

Considered as a plus  

• Experience managing or implementing IT security applications.  
• Experience preparing for regulatory compliance audits (ISO 27001, NIS2, TISAX).  
• Previous experience with incident management and response.  
• Certifications in information security, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalents.
