As an Android Developer in SWX’s Connected Navigation development team, you will have the opportunity to use your talents and expertise to design and develop new Navigation experiences for a global, multi-brand deployment of millions of upcoming Stellantis cars over the next years. Job Summary 

• Develop navigation software for Android 13, implement UI using Jetpack Compose 
• Build an application layer which communicates with the underlying navigation SDK 
• Implement business logic for platform-specific services and interfaces 
• Participate in communication with key stakeholders, suppliers and UX designers 

Key Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science 
• Minimum 3 years of programming experience in a professional environment 
• Strong Java or Kotlin knowledge 
• Familiarity with Android APIs 
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, such as MVVM and Clean Architecture, ability to write testable and maintainable code 
• Strong written and oral English skills 
• Open minded, flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations 
• Demonstrate a proactive approach by taking the initiative to identify and solve problems independently 
• Capable of making decisions in time, while dealing with uncertainties and incomplete information 

Considered as a plus 

• Experience with Jetpack Compose 
• Experience with a navigation SDK, e.g. Mapbox 
• Experience with Android Automotive 
• Experience with JNI
