Receptionist
Summary
- Greet and welcome guests and partners, direct them to the meeting rooms
- Handle calls and forward them to the appropriate individuals
- Order front office and kitchen supplies
- Organize the obligatory checkups and trainings along with other events in the office
- Prepare meeting rooms, book tables in restaurants, order food for meetings, serve it to the guests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, handling postal packages, recording data in Excel tables
- Other administrative tasks as required
