We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the execution of our aiWare projects. (aiWare is an Automotive Neural Network Accelerator Hardware IP.)

As a PM you will be part of a highly motivated team of project managers reporting directly to the COO of the company. 

Job Summary

• Managing hardware-related projects
• Projects management from initiation to closure:
  - Project Charter and Initiation
  - Definition and planning of the project (scope & budget, WBS, Gantt chart, communication plan, risk management)
  - Project execution (status reporting, tracking, defining KPI’s, quality control)
  - Project Performance and Control (objectives, deliverables, effort, and cost tracking)
  - Project Closure (Lessons learned, reporting)
• Managing requirements, expectations, and issues between the customer and the company
• Preparation of documentation and communication of results, presentation
• In-depth understanding of development processes

Key Qualifications

• Experience in international projects
• Hardware development related technical background (chip design, embedded technologies)
• Minimum 1 completed hardware project of a reasonable size (>10 members)
• Knowledge of Project Management Tools
• Fluent, confident English skills
• Masters's degree
• Project management experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Social competency, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• A high-level of independence and pro-activity

Considered as a plus

• Project management certification (PMP)

• Handson experience with embedded C/ C++ languange, FPGA/ASIC design knowledge
