Procurement Administrator

Job Summary

  • Ensure the supply chain needs of the company
  • Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, evaluate and keep contact with them
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding procurement needs
  • Send orders to domestic and foreign suppliers (operativ tasks - record orders into the SAP system)
  • Generate and track purchase orders, monitor the order reports and delivery dates, provide support
  • Check inbound invoices
  • Handle complaints regarding incoming goods
  • Participate in the administration of warranty and non-warranty repairs
  • Handle and process incoming goods

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Procurement
  • Relevant experience in corporate governance systems
  • Intermediate level English knowledge
  • Highly organised and precise way of working
  • User-level computer skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills 

Considered as a plus

  • Customs experience is an advantage
