Finance/HR Administrator - Administrative Assistant

The purpose of the role will be to provide seamless administrative support to the Finance, HR and Legal teams, covering all parts of the employee lifecycle. We constantly look for smarter ways of working, so your thoughts and ideas will always be heard.

Job Summary

  • Support the Finance department from an administrative perspective
  • Maintain documentation of HR processes (maintain HR records, including employee files, contracts, benefits information, and personnel data)
  • Support and work closely with the Payroll Specialist
  • Work closely with the Legal team, e.g. contacting employees to sign documents and contracts, making contact with the notary public
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning and recording data in Excel tables, ticketing, and keeping databases up to date
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to daily tasks

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the administrative field
  • Social competency, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Precise eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and systematically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
