Design Verification Engineer

To provide the immense amount of processing power needed for automated driving platforms to work in the latency-critical environment of driving, we are developing aiWare, a dedicated neural network accelerator for automotive use. It is a dedicated hardware neural network acceleration IP core that delivers high efficiency solutions for low-latency sensor fusion based autonomous vehicles. The design has been optimized to work with several high-resolution sensors in a wide range of hardware platform architectures. Delivering industry-leading performance and showcasing unprecedented compute efficiency for a wide range of CNN workloads, aiWare is the perfect choice for the most demanding, embedded inference applications.

Job Summary

  • Define coverage and coverage goals from hardware specification 
  • Implement testbenches that employ black box, white box and constrained random techniques
  • Engage in functional simulation and debug of new RTL features
  • Author test plans and write tests that participate in full design regressions

Key Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc in Mathemathics/Engineering
  • Experience with embedded software development 
  • Knowledge of SystemVerilog language
  • Proficiency in OVM/UVM verification and simulators
  • Basic knowledge of computer architecture and digital design
  • Strong abstraction skills
  • Strong English knowledge (at least in reading/writing)

Considered as a plus

  • Experience in ASIC or FPGA design
  • Experience in SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA)
  • Proficiency in Vera, e, SystemC languages
  • Knowledge of developer tools and script languages (Git, Bash/Shell, TCL, etc.)
