Data processing technical coordinator
Developing automated driving requires a complete, mature toolchain to collect, generate, use and manage the data needed for a safe and robust solution. aiData is the most advanced, data-driven pipeline for automated driving that reduces the complexity of the processing with high automatization while still ensuring automotive quality.
Job Summary
- Understand the needs of AI researchers for training and validation data
- Accept recorded vehicle sensor data
- Spot check record vehicle sensor data
- Identify and initiate automated processing steps on sensor data
- Identify and initiate manual processing steps on sensor data
- Align on the priorities of utilizing manual workforce
- Track the status of required data during processing
- Align with requesters about the correctness of data at intermediate milestones
- Notify requesters about delivered data
- Identify issues with automatic and manual processing steps and tools, align with developers about priorities
Key Qualifications
- Ability to work with data files (videos, configuration files)
- Ability to work with Windows and Linux tools (including command line tools)
- Intermediate English skills
- Ability to find data based on metadata, and configure automated workflows on a custom web-based interface
- Ability to keep tasks up-to-date in the issue tracking system (Jira)
- Very good communication skills
- Proactive approach to solving any issues
Considered as a plus
- Studies in Information technology/Software engineering
- Experience with Python and/or C++
- Experience with typical advanced vehicle sensors (cameras, radars, Lidars, GPS)
- Experience with GPS correction services
- Experience with git
- Experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience or at least interest in the automotive field, advanced driver assistance systems and automated driving
