Our automated driving SW stack aiDrive will be deployed to millions of production vehicles in the upcoming years, thanks to our recently announced OEM partnership. In the course of this development journey, you will be able to impact and witness the creation of state-of-the-art automated driving applications on highways, interurban and urban areas, as well as parking situations, using the latest automotive sensor technologies and advanced machine learning algorithms. All this will be supported by fleet data at scale, paired with our unique data pipeline and infrastructure as provided by aiMotive’s aiData.

Job Summary 

• As a member of the Embedded Vision Solutions team, your main responsibility is to maintain and benchmark our neural network based perception solutions on the Jetson Xavier/Orin platform from Nvidia.
• Your tasks include the following:
• Experimenting with the dedicated Vision and Deep Learning Accelerators in the Xavier/Orin SoC.
• Porting the current solution to newer versions of the SDK.
• Maintaining the build environment for the specific target.
• Customizing the run-time image of the target platform.
• Participate in the development of internal tools and target specific build envrionments.
• Support the EVS team members in daily development activities.

Key Qualification 

• Ongoing (active/passive) full-time university studies for at least one more year (preferably master’s studies)
• Advanced knowledge of C/C++, basic understanding of Python
• Experience in either of the following is considered as a plus:
• Linux/Bash
• CMake/Make
• CUDA
• Embedded SW development
• At least 20-25 working hours/week in our Budapest office 
• Intermediate level English knowledge 
• Precise, reliable, quality focused attitude  
• Independent and proactive attitude
