Rendering Engineer (aiSim)

aiMotive began developing its innovative aiSim in the nascent days of simulation in automated driving. Building this expertise has allowed us to create the first ISO26262 certified tool available to the broader automotive industry. TCL 3 enables aiSim to be an integral part of a development and verification toolchain up to ASIL D, ensuring deterministic, realistic, and repeatable testing.

Job Summary

  • Develop and maintain our real-time rendering engine
  • Design, implement and improve rendering techniques
  • Debug, profile and optimize rendering code
  • Cooperate with 3D artists and engine developers

Key Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the 3D graphics pipeline and rendering
  • Shader language knowledge (GLSL)
  • GPU and CPU debugging and optimization skills
  • Understand Physically-Based Rendering
  • Solid knowledge of C++

Considered as a plus

  • Vulkan/DirectX 12 experience
  • Multi core, multi GPU rendering experience
  • Experience writing compute shaders
  • Ray tracing experience
