IT Helpdesk Agent

Job Summary

  • Troubleshoot and support for Windows, Linux laptops
  • Support of Exchange Online and Outlook
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure
  • Resolving a wide range of system issues, troubleshooting software, hardware and network issues
  • Support colleagues in the using of meeting room equipment, printers, TVs
  • Assembling of workstations
  • Record the process of problem solving in our ticketing system
  • Asset tracking / Inventory management

Key Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Ubuntu
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Professional experience in a similar field
  • Hardware knowledge

Considered as a plus

  • Knowledge of version control systems (GIT)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and macOS
  • Script knowledge (CMD, PowerShell)
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree (or ongoing studies)
